Our full-length NEET mock tests use NEET marking (+4 for a correct answer, −1 for a wrong one) on an exam-style screen with a timer, question palette, mark-for-review and auto-submit. NEET (UG) itself is a pen-and-paper exam with an OMR sheet, so also practise a few full papers on paper before the exam.
Can I practise NEET previous year questions?
Yes. The NEET section has a previous year questions mode where you can filter questions by year and check the answer, with an explanation where available.
How does Gita AI help in NEET preparation?

Does Alfa Smart predict my NEET rank?
No. NEET ranks depend on how every candidate scores in that year's exam, and NTA publishes them only with the result, so a mock test cannot predict your rank. Our result analysis focuses on what you can change: accuracy by subject and difficulty, and time.
When is NEET 2027?
NTA has not announced the NEET (UG) 2027 exam date yet (as of October 2026). For reference, NEET (UG) 2026 was first held on Sunday 3 May 2026; that exam was cancelled and re-held on 21 June 2026, with the result on 16 July 2026. Watch neet.nta.nic.in for the 2027 information bulletin.
