Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Alfa Smart Learning. We want you to be fully satisfied with your learning experience, which is why we offer a limited refund window for our subscription plans.

1. The 3-Day Subscription Refund Window

We provide a 3-day full refund policy exclusively for robust Subscription plans (e.g., Monthly or Annual platform access).

  • Eligibility Window: You must request the refund within three (3) calendar days of your initial successful purchase.
  • Scope: This policy applies only to new subscription initial drafts. Renewals are not eligible for the 3-day refund window.
  • Condition: The refund will evaluate any content consumption thresholds. If you have downloaded significant course materials or completed multiple certificates within those three days, we reserve the right to deny the request.

Exclusion of Gateway Fees

While we grant a "full refund" of the course/subscription value, any processing fees, transaction charges, or taxes deducted by the payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay) during the original transaction are non-refundable. The final credited amount will be your purchase price minus these third-party gateway charges.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

Not all purchases on Alfa Smart Learning qualify for the 3-day window. The following are strictly non-refundable from the moment of purchase:

  • One-Time Lifetime Access Courses: Direct purchases of single classrooms or subjects providing lifetime access do not qualify for refunds.
  • Downloaded Materials: Any purchase involving exclusively digital downloads (e.g., standalone PDF materials, mock test bundles) cannot be refunded once access is granted.
  • Promotional/Discounted Purchases: Subscription plans bought under heavy temporary promotional codes (exceeding 50% discount) may be exempt from the refund policy.

3. How to Request a Refund

To formally initiate a refund request for an eligible subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@alfasmart.in from your registered email address.
  2. Use the Subject Line: Refund Request - [Your Order ID].
  3. Provide a brief explanation of why the subscription did not meet your expectations (this helps us improve).

Refunds typically take between 5-10 business days to reflect in your original payment method once they are approved and initiated from our end. We can only process refunds back to the exact Razorpay transaction source used for the purchase.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your Dashboard settings to prevent future billing. Canceling your subscription does not automatically instantly trigger a refund of the current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your premium features until the end of your currently paid period.
